Awesome location, clean for price point, good AC. Nice staff. Hair dryer was missing its plug cover, pillows left some to be desired. Would still return
The staff was wonderful, as was the short walk to the beach! The 2 queen room had so much space and it was very clean. The beds were really comfortable and had soft bedding that I loved. My favorite features of the motel were the table and 2 chairs in front of every room. It created this fun environment where many of the guests hung out after a day at the beach. We met so many nice people and made new friends! We will definitely stay at the Tides Motel again!
Great room! Just a block from the beach and very clean
One night for a road race. The check in was great but across the street. We were able to check out late without any issue and the room was very clean just a little out dated. I have stayed in the area before and this was way better than previous experiences.
Been going to Hampton since 1975..and since 2000 been always staying at the tides…all Though it has changed owners a couple of times to this day the owners picks up from their predecessors and keep up the excellent work…the latest owners Gary Peter and Sam always so friendly and helpful but most of all have an excellent staff and their rooms always top notch with cleanliness. A congratulations on a a wonderful job you have done with the renovations. Guys thank you so much keep up the great work and as usual see you next summer!! BEST PLACE TO STAY wholesome visiting Hampton.
We had a wonderful stay at the Tides. Very convenient location. Close in walking distance to the main strip, casinos, restaurants, shops and ofcourse, the beach. Very tight parking for an SUV. (We got lucky and got the end spot) Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Our room was a bit outdated but for 2 nights at the beach, it was manageable. Bed was comfy and the shower was hot. No pool which is fine with how close you are to the ocean. Great little family owned place to rest your head.
Rooms were clean for a beach hotel. Bedding was great. Bonus points for 4 pillows on each bed. Carpet needs replacing. Unfortunately the toilet had a wall on either side of it. Hard to fit if you are larger. Great water pressure. Had a small sitting area. A/C worked awesome. Close to beach and staff was great. Price was good as well!
My first impression was the smell of the clean room when I first walked in and by that I don’t mean it was covered with Febreze, but it was actually clean. Sam was a great help and can tell he has pride in this family run business. The prices, I believe, are excellent for the location as it’s central to absolutely everything Hampton Beach has to offer. I will be back!
